A self-made businessman, Radrizzani began his career in sports media in 1999 with digital sports content distributor Media Partners and founded the Media Partners’ China business.
He went on to co-found MP & Silva in 2004, launching the renowned sports media agency’s operations from its headquarters in Singapore and leading its global expansion into 20 countries as CEO and major shareholder.
Andrea founded the investment platform Aser Ventures in 2015, specializing in sports, media and entertainment properties.
Through Aser, Andrea launched the international sports content platform ELEVEN SPORTS in 2015. ELEVEN has since established itself as an innovative and fan-centric media platform in markets across Europe and Asia, with a rights portfolio that includes LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Premier League, UEFA Champions League and F1. ELEVEN recently secured domestic rights to the Belgian Pro League for the next five seasons.
Under Andrea’s leadership Aser became co-owners of Leeds United in January 2017 after purchasing 50% of the Club’s share capital. Aser is now the ultimate parent company of Leeds United with Andrea the Club’s chairman.
During his time with Leeds, Andrea has overseen the appointment of world-renowned coach Marcelo Bielsa, supported the development of one of the most productive academies in English football and bought back the Club’s iconic Elland Road stadium. In the 2019/20 season, following just three years at the helm, Andrea led Leeds back to top-flight football in the Premier League, after 16 years away.
Andrea recently led the launch of LIVENow, a new streaming platform distributing live sport, fitness and entertainment content to consumers globally. The platform aims to disrupt the pay TV market and democratise access to world-class live content.
Andrea is the Founder and Chairman of Play for Change, an international charity that uses the power of sport to improve the lives of children in his native Italy and around the world.
Born in Milan, Andrea studied Public Relations at the city’s IULM University and graduated in 1996.

Andrea is a leading entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of the global sports media industry throughout his distinguished career.
Andrea is owner and Chairman of global investment company Aser Ventures, Leeds United Football Club, the ELEVEN Group, and the streaming service LIVENow.
Andrea has also led Aser Ventures’ investment in several growing digital businesses including Hellodi, Easyprod, Sports Data Labs and Creed Media, building an ecosystem of innovative services and sports related content.
In addition to his role with Aser Ventures, Massimo is a member of the Leeds United Board of Directors.
Before joining Aser Ventures, Massimo spent 15 years in Investment Banking in the City and Wall Street. He was Managing Director, Head of EMEA Media & Internet, at UBS Investment Bank where he led and executed transactions for Formula 1, Dorna/MotoGP, Sky, Viacom, Perform and others.
Massimo is an avid sports fan and theatre goer. He loves fashion and the 'occasional' cigar. Massimo lives in London with his wife and two sons.
Marc was previously CEO of BT TV, where he devised, launched and helped establish BT Sport – one of the most successful and disruptive channel launches in the history of the UK market.
Before BT, Marc was a shareholder and director at the TV strategy and sports rights consultancy Reel Enterprises, who were longstanding advisers to the Premier League and others.
Graham has a long track-record of driving strategic, operational and financial excellence with leading media and sports organisations including Gfinity, MTV Europe, IMG Media, Manchester City and Glasgow Rangers.
Lara grew up in former Yugoslavia and has lived in Milan, Dubai and London, working for a range of sports and media businesses including MP & Silva, Infront, IMG and Inter Milan.
Lara has a healthy obsession for fashion, pilates and general sports activities and is a proud mum of two.
Andrea specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and international contracts, with a focus on the TMT sector.
Angus was previously MD of West Ham United for three years, where he lead the Club’s move into the Olympic Stadium, doubling commercial revenue and growing season ticket base to over 50,000.
Before that, Angus led digital marketing, sales and partnerships at Arsenal Football Club for nine years. Angus has also held roles at P&G and Coca-Cola.
John has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has served on several Boards at Harvard, and is currently the volunteer President of the Harvard Alumni Association. John lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Prior to Team Whistle, Michael’s experience spans from building startups into emerging industry leaders, running consulting firms (WHOISMCOHEN VENTURES & Fahrenheit 212 - Innovation & Strategy) and private equity (The Cypress Group & Torque Capital Group - Diversified Manufacturing & Industrials). He has also worked in investment banking (Waller Capital Partners - Media & Telecom M&A).
She has previously held leadership roles with cable platform Telenet and media company Sanoma in Belgium.
Giovanni has over 20 years of experience in the sports and sports media industries, with DAZN, Serie B and Inter Milan.
In his spare time, Mattia enjoys tennis and music and is a Partner at Billboard Italy.
At ITV, he was Senior Legal Advisor to the Commerce & Ventures team and then the Broadcast and Legal affairs team.
Euan spent a total of six years with MP&Silva and finished his time there as the Group’s Head of Legal, where he was responsible for advising on commercial and media acquisitions and working with the likes of Premier League, Serie A, and the NFL. He was also responsible for all corporate matters of the Group.
Over the past 20 years, Philip has held CFO, COO, General Manager and Advisory roles with leading sports organisations including Liverpool FC, Arsenal, Glasgow Rangers and Norwich City.
Before joining Aser, Alessandro worked as a strategy consultant and as an artist agent.
Originally from Rome, Alessandro moved to London to study. He has lived in Madrid, Tokyo and Moscow and in his spare time he enjoys playing football, hiking, cooking and supporting AS Roma.
Before joining the Group, Arjun worked as an Equity Analyst at Nomura.
Arjun holds a Master’s Degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. Arjun is an accomplished cricketer and the first-choice goalkeeper for the Aser Ventures football team.
Before joining the Group, Edward graduated with a First-Class degree in Accounting and Finance.
Edward is an avid sportsman, playing rugby union and golf. He also enjoys going down to the South Coast to support Brighton and Hove Albion.
He has previously worked with Arsenal FC and agency-side for New Balance Football. In addition to his Aser role, Tom is Head of Communications for the ELEVEN Group.
Tom plays Sunday League football and tennis. He is also a keen cycling fan.
Dina joined Aser Ventures in 2016 to assist Andrea Radrizzani, and works closely with Aser's Chairman to support his activities across the Group.
Lauryna joined Aser from Taylor of Old Bond Street where she worked closely with the comany's MD.
Lauryna enjoys swimming and yoga outside of work, as well as travelling when the opportunity arises.
