Andrea Radrizzani is a leading entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of the global sports media industry for the past 20 years.

He began his career in sports media rights, co-founding the global media rights agency MP & Silva in 2004, before establishing Aser Ventures in 2015.

Andrea is majority owner and Chairman of Leeds United, and Founder and Chairman of the global sports and entertainment media network ELEVEN, and the streaming service LIVENow.

Andrea is also the Founder and Chairman of Play for Change – an international charity that uses the power of sport to improve the lives of children around the world.

Massimo Marinelli

CEO

Massimo’s remit is to drive new investment opportunities for Aser in sports, media and entertainment as well as building partnerships with other investors in the space.

In addition to his role with Aser Ventures, Massimo is a member of the Leeds United Board of Directors.

Before joining Aser Ventures, Massimo spent 15 years in Investment Banking in the City and Wall Street. He was Managing Director, Head of EMEA Media & Internet, at UBS Investment Bank where he led and executed transactions for Formula 1, Dorna/MotoGP, Sky, Viacom, Perform and others.

Massimo is an avid sports fan and theatre goer. He loves fashion and the 'occasional' cigar. Massimo lives in London with his wife and two sons.

Marc Watson

Board Director; Eleven Group Executive Chairman

Marc is an Aser Ventures Board Member. He is also Executive Chairman of ELEVEN, with responsibility for leading the growth of the Group globally.

Marc was previously CEO of BT TV, where he devised, launched and helped establish BT Sport – one of the most successful and disruptive channel launches in the history of the UK market.

Before BT, Marc was a shareholder and director at the TV strategy and sports rights consultancy Reel Enterprises, who were longstanding advisers to the Premier League and others.

Graham Wallace

Chief Corporate & Financial Officer

Graham heads up corporate and financial operations for Aser Ventures.

Graham has a long track-record of driving strategic, operational and financial excellence with leading media and sports organisations including Gfinity, MTV Europe, IMG Media, Manchester City and Glasgow Rangers.

Vandana Balachandar

Chief of Staff

Vandana is a seasoned commercial executive with over 20 years’ experience in sports and entertainment with the NBA in New York and London. Her most recent role was as Head of Global Partnerships for Europe and the Middle East, where she played a key part in developing the NBA’s commercial strategy and growing its sponsorship and licensing activities.

Vandana shares her commercial expertise with the Aser portfolio, with a particular focus on supporting the group’s network of agencies. She works closely with Aser´s founder and chairman Andrea Radrizzani.

Javier Sobrino

Managing Partner, Sport

Javier is responsible for developing the group’s investment strategy with a particular focus on sport. He also plays a key role in managing Aser’s network of investor partnerships.

As Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer from 2017-2021, Javier was responsible for the Catalan club’s corporate strategy, including its studios, licensing, merchandising and academies businesses as well as the Barca Innovation Hub. Javier has also acted as Barcelona’s Chief Revenue Officer for a period of 18 months. He has previously held senior roles with Barclays and Accenture.

Andrea Cerroni

Group General Counsel

Andrea is an internationally educated lawyer with significant experience gained at first-class global law firms in Europe and Asia.

Andrea specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and international contracts, with a focus on the TMT sector.

Geraldine Pamphile

CEO, LIVENow

Geraldine is the CEO of LIVENow, Aser Ventures´ award-winning destination for live events and lifestyle content.

She joined the platform from Magic Leap, where she led strategic enterprise and consumer business development.

Geraldine was a founding member of TRACE, a group of media companies dedicated to urban music and culture. She has also worked for the NBA, where she was responsible for international business development and media distribution.

Lara Vanjak

Chief Operating Officer of Aser & LIVENow

Lara runs Group Operations for LIVENow.

Lara grew up in former Yugoslavia and has lived in Milan, Dubai and London, working for a range of sports and media businesses including MP & Silva, Infront, IMG and Inter Milan.

Lara has a healthy obsession for fashion, pilates and general sports activities and is a proud mum of two.

Angus Kinnear

Leeds United Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Leeds United, Angus has led the growth of the club on and off the pitch in recent years.

Angus was previously MD of West Ham United for three years, where he lead the Club’s move into the Olympic Stadium, doubling commercial revenue and growing season ticket base to over 50,000.

Before that, Angus led digital marketing, sales and partnerships at Arsenal Football Club for nine years. Angus has also held roles at P&G and Coca-Cola.

Ruggero Magnoni

Board Member

Ruggero joined Lehman Brothers in 1977 and held a number of senior roles across the firm before serving as Chairman of Nomura International’s investment Banking division for EMEA. He also sits on the boards of Richemont, Immsi, Itek and Caruso.

John West

Team Whistle Founder and Executive Chairman

John West is the Executive Chairman of Team Whistle, which he founded in 2008. Prior to that, he was the CEO and Chairman of Silver Oak Solutions, which he founded in 1999, and sold to CGI in 2005. He was previously a Partner at Michell Management Group, and also Founder and CEO of Enstrat from 1989 until he sold it in 1996.

John has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He has served on several Boards at Harvard, and is currently the volunteer President of the Harvard Alumni Association. John lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Michael Cohen

Team Whistle Chief Executive Officer

Michael Cohen is the CEO of Team Whistle. Michael joined Team Whistle in 2013 and has held a number of executive leadership roles in the Company.

Prior to Team Whistle, Michael’s experience spans from building startups into emerging industry leaders, running consulting firms (WHOISMCOHEN VENTURES & Fahrenheit 212 - Innovation & Strategy) and private equity (The Cypress Group & Torque Capital Group - Diversified Manufacturing & Industrials). He has also worked in investment banking (Waller Capital Partners - Media & Telecom M&A).

Alessandro Tucci

Eleven Group COO

Alessandro is focused on managing and developing ELEVEN’s international business.

He has held a number of senior executive roles within the 21st Century Fox Group across Europe and Africa and joined ELEVEN from the next-generation global streaming company MainStreaming, where he was COO.

He brings deep management, business development and media-tech expertise to ELEVEN.

Anouk Mertens

Eleven Group Chief Operating Officer; Neo Studios Managing Director

Anouk leads Aser's NEO Studio business and helps to oversee ELEVEN’s global operations as the Group's COO.

She has previously held leadership roles with cable platform Telenet and media company Sanoma in Belgium.

Philip Nash

Eleven Group Chief Financial Officer

Philip is an experienced financial executive with a strong sports business track record.

Over the past 20 years, Philip has held CFO, COO, General Manager and Advisory roles with leading sports organisations including Liverpool FC, Arsenal, Glasgow Rangers and Norwich City.

Giovanni Zurleni

Chief Revenue Officer for Italy

Giovanni Zurleni is responsible for identifying new commercial opportunities and developing strategic deals in Italy. He is also Managing Director for ELEVEN Italy.

Giovanni has over 20 years of experience in the sports and sports media industries, with DAZN, Serie B and Inter Milan.

Mattia Baldassarre

Co-founder & CEO of Epico

Mattia is co-founder and CEO of Aser portfolio company Epico and supports ELEVEN’s business development activities on a group wide level.

In his spare time, Mattia enjoys tennis and music and is a Partner at Billboard Italy.

Euan Rabbatts

Legal Director

Euan has extensive experience working in the sports and media industries having formerly worked with ITV and MP&Silva.

At ITV, he was Senior Legal Advisor to the Commerce & Ventures team and then the Broadcast and Legal affairs team.

Euan spent a total of six years with MP&Silva and finished his time there as the Group’s Head of Legal, where he was responsible for advising on commercial and media acquisitions and working with the likes of Premier League, Serie A, and the NFL. He was also responsible for all corporate matters of the Group.

Alessandro Nuccetelli

VP Investment & Strategy

Alessandro is Vice President of the Investments & Strategy team at Aser Ventures. He is involved in the origination and execution of investment opportunities, and works to support Aser's portfolio companies.

Before joining Aser, Alessandro worked as a strategy consultant and as an artist agent.

Originally from Rome, Alessandro moved to London to study. He has lived in Madrid, Tokyo and Moscow and in his spare time he enjoys playing football, hiking, cooking and supporting AS Roma.

Arjun Khanna

Investments & Strategy Associate

Arjun is an Associate in the Investments & Strategy team. He is involved in the origination and execution of investments, as well as working with portfolio companies as required.

Before joining the Group, Arjun worked as an Equity Analyst at Nomura.

Arjun holds a Master’s Degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. Arjun is an accomplished cricketer and the first-choice goalkeeper for the Aser Ventures football team.

Edward Kittow

Finance Manager

Edward supports the Group's finance functions as well as providing analytical support to Aser's portfolio companies.

Before joining the Group, Edward graduated with a First-Class degree in Accounting and Finance.

Edward is an avid sportsman, playing rugby union and golf. He also enjoys going down to the South Coast to support Brighton and Hove Albion.

Tom Bennett

Head of Communications

Tom has worked in corporate and consumer communications for 10 years, specialising in sport and media.

He has previously worked with Arsenal FC and agency-side for New Balance Football. In addition to his Aser role, Tom is Head of Communications for the ELEVEN Group.

Tom plays Sunday League football and tennis. He is also a keen cycling fan.

Dina Petrone

Executive Assistant to Chairman

At the beginning of her career, Dina worked in Egypt and Italy in the hospitality and private jet industry.

Dina joined Aser Ventures in 2016 to assist Andrea Radrizzani, and works closely with Aser's Chairman to support his activities across the Group.

Lauryna Blazyte

Office Manager

Lauryna works to support the management teams across Aser and ELEVEN.

Lauryna joined Aser from Taylor of Old Bond Street where she worked closely with the comany's MD.

Lauryna enjoys swimming and yoga outside of work, as well as travelling when the opportunity arises.
