Leeds United

Aser Ventures is the ultimate parent company of Leeds United and Andrea Radrizzani is the club’s chairman.

Since first investing in the club in 2017, Aser and Andrea have overseen the appointment of the world-renowned coach Marcelo Bielsa and led Leeds United's return to the Premier League after 16 years away.

In addition, the group have bought back the club’s iconic Elland Road Stadium and supported the development of one of the most productive youth academies in English football.

The ELEVEN Group

Aser Ventures launched the ELEVEN Group in 2015.

Since then, ELEVEN has utilised Aser Ventures’ global sports and media network to deliver thousands of hours of live premium sports to fans around the world.

The ELEVEN Group now includes sports platforms across Europe and Asia, a global OTT service and Team Whistle's award wining content and distribution network. The Group's content generates over 4billion views a month.

Team Whistle (an ELEVEN company)

Team Whistle is a pioneer in the data-driven creation and distribution of positive and relatable sports and entertainment content for young audiences globally.

Whistle’s video content IP and audience combined with its powerful analytical, production and commercial capabilities serve to help partners activate and engage consumers across the content ecosystem.

Aser Ventures first invested in Whistle in June 2018. Team Whistle were acquired by ELEVEN in 2021, and are now part of the ELEVEN Group.

LIVENow

LIVENow are leaders within the virtual event and experiences space, giving fans access to live and on-demand content across music, sports, fitness and entertainment.

Launched in 2020 by Aser Ventures, LIVENow have brought fans exclusive performances with Dua Lipa, Ellie Goulding, Gorillaz and others and built out a leading portfolio of sports, fitness and entertainment content.

NEO Studios

Aser Ventures launched NEO Studios in 2019. The production company creates and distributes high-quality sports & lifestyle original programming and branded content.

NEO’s first project was the critically acclaimed “Take Us Home: Leeds United” documentary in partnership with Leeds United and Amazon. NEO's programming slate also includes the Rakuten TV docu-series, The Giants.

Hellodi

Hellodì creates digital and social engagement strategies for leading brands.

Aser Ventures’ investment in Hellodì has stimulated the creation of a digital hub for the group in Italy.

Sports Data Labs

Sports Data Labs is a turnkey technology provider for the in-game capture, analysis and distribution of real-time human data.

Aser Ventures believes the longer-term monetisation opportunities are significant with Sports Data Labs with their proprietary AI technology well placed to become a leader in this space.

Onefootball

Onefootball is the leading scores, statistics and content platform for football fans globally.

In partnership with Aser Ventures, Onefootball has also developed transaction and subscription-based access to live streams of football matches.

Epico

Epico is a digital co-creation and entertainment brand focused on reinventing the relationship between celebrities and their fans in a connected, collaborative digital world.

Epico works to co-create, produce and deliver unique products and experiences for fans.

Epico has partnered with Alessandro Del Piero, Samuel Eto’o, Giorgio Chiellini, SSC Napoli, Lamborghini and others.

Base

BASE is the exclusive commercial arm of the World Baseball and Softball Confederation (WBSC).

Its mission is to create value for WSBC by stimulating commercial growth and IP development, building the awareness of the WBSC brand and increasing engagement with fans around the world.

Base’s objectives are in line with WBSC’s current long-term mission to build a major global sport with over a billion players and fans in the next decade.

HAPPING

HAPPING is a communication agency specialising in the fashion, sport and media sectors with offices in Milan, Paris and London.

Co-Founded in 2014 by Alessandro Pera, Eleonora Pera and Lorenzo Tonetti, HAPPING’s clients include luxury brands Dolce&Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Versace, Marcolin, Moncler and Tommy Hilfiger and publications including Esquire and L’Officiel Italy.

HAPPING brings communications expertise and an extensive network of leading brands and talent to the Aser Ventures group.

Creed Media

Creed Media works with global brands and record labels to build tailored marketing solutions that engage a new generation of consumers through TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram and other platforms. Campaigns are founded in viral youth culture, with a client list that includes Warner Music Group, Sony Music, Universal Music, Red Bull, KFC and H&M.

Creed Media was founded in 2018 and has grown from a three-person operation to a 40-strong team across Sweden, Canada and the United States.

Aser will support Creed’s continued growth with strategic guidance and access to Aser’s global network.
