Andrea is a leading entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of the global sports media industry throughout his career.

He is Owner and Chairman of Leeds United Football Club, Chairman and Founder of global sports platform Eleven Sports, President of Baofeng Sports International and Chairman and Founder of the Play For Change Foundation. He also co-founded global media rights agency MP & Silva.

Before joining Aser Group, Massimo spent 15 years in Investment Banking in the City and Wall Street, latterly as Managing Director, Head of EMEA Media & Internet at UBS Investment Bank

Massimo also has significant expertise in sports having lead and executed successful M&A and capital markets transactions for MP&Silva, Formula 1, Dorna, Infront, and Perform amongst others.

As Executive Chairman and Group CEO of ELEVEN SPORTS, Marc drives the global business managing world-class teams across seven markets in Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States.

Prior to his role at ELEVEN, Marc served as CEO of BT TV where he devised, launched and helped establish BT Sport – one of the most successful and disruptive channel launches in the history of the UK market. At BT Sport, Marc successfully led negotiations to acquire rights to the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, NBA, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, FA Cup, Scottish Premier League, English and European rugby, Moto GP, and the UK business of ESPN.

Prior to BT, Marc was a shareholder and director at the TV strategy and sports rights consultancy Reel Enterprises who were longstanding advisers to the Premier League and others.

Ruggero Magnoni

Board Member

Mr. Magnoni joined Lehman Brothers in 1977 and held a number of senior roles across that firm’s international activities. In 2000, Mr. Magnoni became Head of the European Private Equity division and Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Inc and in 2002, Chairman of Lehman Brothers International Italy.

Between 2008 and 2013, Mr Magnoni served as Chairman of Nomura International plc’s Investment Banking division for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

He seats on the boards of Richemont (and on its audit committee), Immsi, Intek and Caruso. He is a partner in Compagnie financiere Rupert and he seats on the advisory committee of Trilantic Capital Partners (formerly Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Fund).

He is the Chairman of M&M Capital Ltd, a London based Financial Advisory Boutique. He is involved in numerous charities among which Laureus, Peace Parks, Dynamo Camp, Res Publica, Un campo nel Cortile. He seats on the advisor committee of the Foundation controlling Bocconi University in Milan.

Tim Moufarrige

Tim Moufarrige joined International Management Group (IMG) in 1989 working in Toronto, Canada. He moved to NY in 1991 working in sales, consulting and media. In 1993 he moved across the Atlantic to work for IMG in London as a Senior Vice President. He was then named Managing Director of IMG Switzerland based in Geneva. In 1995 he moved to Milan to become CEO of IMG Italy. Between 1993 and 2000, Tim worked on all aspects of IMG’s business and was responsible for many of the relationships with numerous International Sports Federations and governing bodies.

After 12 years at IMG, Tim was named as Co-CEO of Octagon in 2000 where he spent 6 years based in NY and London.

Since 2006 Tim has worked as an investor and entrepreneur in the new media, gaming, retail and hospitality sectors.
